As a young man, public unions were illegal. There was a reason for that. When people are used to getting handouts, it's tough taking them away. Austerity, coming to a theater near you. Obama is siding with the unions, therefore predictably and logically, I must side against the rock of leadership. Video of Mad Town. Been there many times.
