Coloring the Base of the Cliff
I had a little back and forth with a right wing blogger this week. He writes some really nasty and angry stuff and at the bottom of this- I am gonna paste something he wrote over the weekend. I understand his zeal and his determination to rid this country of President Obama. I too, think Obama is a complete fraud. Our blogger is absolutely polarized- convinced his way is the only way. That is precisely what they want him to think. That is what we are up against.
For many, critical thinking skills are a difficult thing to develop. They simply don't understand how to develop those skills and they don't even really understand why developing critical thinking skills might be useful. They cannot step outside of their own existing belief systems to take a look.
Let me put it to you this way. I have a problem. Time after time, I have tried to resolve it by doing the same thing. I either vote for candidate A or I choose candidate B. Things never seem to improve.
Thomas Edison was a genius. When asked how he could continue trying to invent the light bulb having tried 1000 things that failed- Edison replied, "I tried 1000 things that did not work." What Edison did not do- was continue to try the same thing over and over again.
Government extends its reach everywhere, it expands the welfare state, it has hijacked our healthcare, it ignores the constitution, and it maintains the most outrageous tax code ever devised- the only beneficiaries of which are the elite which includes most of Congress. The tax code doesn't change because THEY WANT IT THAT WAY.
The only way to solve a baffling problem is to step back and apply critical thinking skills. Like Edison. We know what doesn't work. Voting for candidate A or B means business as usual. You have just voted for more government. That is the same thing you've been doing for 50 years. The only way to try and save your country is to try a completely different tactic. Refusing to vote won't work, because others will.
The problem with the vast majority of voters is...they think Obama is the problem. He's not. He is the symptom of a much bigger disease.
It's like being driven over a cliff and hoping it won't kill you. To survive you must try something different. You turn and charge your herder/killers. Maybe you don't survive but at least you take one or two of them with you. Maybe your actions save future herd members. Maybe even, you catch the bastards off guard and your actions set you free. Any shot is better than the shot the herders give you.
What we know doesn't work- is going over the cliff. We have seen the results of that. I said that in 2000, 2004, 2008. I will say it again. Romney is not the solution. He is more of the same. The elite have given you your two selections. They don't care who you vote for just so long as you vote for one of THEIR two candidates. The two party monopoly, which is really just a one party monopoly, is the greatest fraud ever foisted upon us. But I gotta say- it keeps working. Largely because of millions of people like this who simply can't find the solution. They color the base of the cliff. Instead of solving the problem...they treat the symptoms...and thus the disease continues. Behold a carrier.
So you are telling me you want Obama for another term? Go for it amigo be my guest, apparently you are bright enough to see what he has done to the country compared with for the country. Let me be more subtle, to not vote for Romney doesn't make a person a moron, it makes them a clueless ideologically "Fucking moron" Are we clear, wast your time with somebody that walks in your bubble.

The Great Ass Kicking Time- The Sunday Collage
Only five weeks left. Then we shall see whether we suffer a quick death under Obama or a slow drawn out death under Romney. Or what if the great ass kicking time arrives- you know that secret insurrection that the nutters whisper about?
It's really very simple. Develop a plan to pay your debts- if you can- or default.
Neither of these men have a plan because there is no plan. There is the continued Obama welfare state under which the Cloward-Piven strategy of social implosion occurs- wherein the welfare and largesse gatherers gain momentum and eventually outnumber the workers supporting them. This I lovingly refer to as the quick death.
Or we get saddled with another of our elite masters. All Romney can do is raise taxes and cut government spending. This will create an illusion of hope and solvency. But it will only last- short term. Ultimately we have a structural disaster- the loss of 50 million jobs at least- and nobody has come up with any kind of plan to force those jobs back home. We cannot dig ourselves out of this economic mess without returning every job we have lost. It is that simple. It is math. This I lovingly refer to as the slow death.
The aristocrats and elitists rigged the game for the highest margins and maximum gains. They found a method to take all of the chips (profits, tax breaks) and distribute all of the losses (benefits, healthcare) to taxpayers. The game is over.
The best players claw their way to the top and win. And if we did this whole experiment over tomorrow- it would have the very same conclusion.
Let's pause for a moment and think about Apple and Steve Jobs. Apple products are built by Foxconn. Before we go any further, ask yourself how many jobs have we lost to Foxconn. Care to guess? Foxconn employs 1.2 million workers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foxconn That is 1.2 million jobs or roughly every man, woman, and child in the state of Idaho. If Foxconn were somehow relocated to California, it could solve California's solvency problem all by itself.
And just as a bonus feature- I want you to think about the atrocious pricing and margins that Apple enjoys. They are the most ridiculously priced gadgets on the planet. Up until Job's death, Apple absolutely hoarded all of that cash. We have seen no benefit really- except for the 60,000 tax paying folks manning U.S. Apple stores and the corporate hierarchy in Cupertino. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_Inc.
Had Jobs lived- maybe he would have seen the light- although I doubt it. He was a new age robber baron. These guys don't do things because they landed at the top of the civics class- or because gawd help me here- they are actually grateful and want to return something back to the society which enabled their success. They don't see the big picture nor do they see themselves as socially responsible in the sense that they are in a position to improve society. Rather, the new age robber barons like Jobs only see their own selfish interests. Greed and ego are never satiated with these types.
Ross Perot was right. The great sucking noise came and went and now we are left wondering, what if anything, can we do to reverse our job losses. Millions of people can't pay taxes or buy health insurance without meaningful jobs.
I don't see that reversing. I see people electing the slow death although really- I would prefer a quicker Obama style death. One day, the younger generations are going to feel the full brunt of this. I think I'll be somewhere else before all of that happens. In the blogosphere, I read these writers who all claim to be patriots. They all presume that somehow from their walkers and wheelchairs- that they will be ready for the great ass kicking time when it arrives. So they preach to people who think just like them.
What if the great ass kicking time doesn't arrive as scheduled? Now that might be a problem. All of those dressed up geriatric patriots with no dance to go to. What if all of that preparedness was just a big waste of time and money? What happens if we just slowly and economically waste away instead? What if we all can't unite, rally, and defeat some well defined boogieman- what are we going to do? Don't we all want to prove we are tough, defeat some evil doer, be heroes?
My friend Joe always asks, "What happens to the tough guys?" He quickly answers, "We bury them."
The truth is, I'm not too worried about the great ass kicking time. The great ass kicking time for me is over. I have to accept the fact that I am in my 50's and that hand to hand combat is probably not something that I should continue to engage in. In the meantime, I am just going to accept whatever brand of death the rest of you decide on, quick or slow. Thankfully, that mystery will be solved about 5 weeks from now.

Free Speech, Well Maybe...
A little rambling...
Nobody likes to poke fun at Islam more than the CEO of FG.
It's like this for me. If you believe in a God that practices fear, hate, repression, isolationism, and punishment....then by all means please sign up with your nearest Islam recruiter and get some of that.
As for me, I'm out.
I have actually read the Quran- not all 114 books- but a majority of it. It is online. The beauty of having read the Quran is that when I am engaged in a conversation with some pro-Islam person (oddly, usually an atheistic liberal) that becomes the first question I ask. I end the conversation when I realize that the person I am engaged with does not know anything about Islam.
You see liberals pretend to practice tolerance but they really don't. What they really practice is telling others how to speak and act. I always think- if liberals knew anything- they wouldn't be liberals...
So at any rate, I am reading about thisfall guy boob who put those horribly done anti-Muslim film clips and trailers on You Tube. Authorities, maybe as high as Obama himself, have now selected him for "special law enforcement attention." He is in jail. This happens when some moron pisses off the liberals enough that they feel compelled to target him. When that free speech amendment becomes problematic- the liberals focus on anything else they can get their hands on. It doesn't really matter whether any of that is true or not- in the court of public opinion- he has already been tried and convicted. Libs don't really care that the law was broken so much as they really want to teach this narrow minded man a lesson and show the world how fair and open minded they are. This while secretly being atheists, hating God, conservatives and the old white guy party.
This methodology was first used on Al Capone. When the Feds couldn't nail Al for being a murdering piece of shit- they opted for tax evasion instead. Prosecuting Al for that was far easier. Probation violations are easily imposed because theprosecutors California leftists have their fair minded and politically driven agenda and they are going to find something wrong with this sap. This is easily accomplished when all you have to show is a 51% likelihood that your target violated the terms of his probation.
This guy presents a target rich environment and as luck would have it, the libs needed a scapegoat for all of that mideast violence that they saw coming and ignored. Not good for the man with many aliases.

How 12 Unelected People Are Robbing Us Blind
I started this blog in 2008-09 as I watched then President Bush and Treasury Secretary Paulson pull off the greatest theft in the history of the world. The lame ducks needed help. They needed a complicit Congress, bought and paid for well in advance- by a banking complex so corrupt that it makes the Italian Mob look like pikers. I have never really gotten over what happened. I think it's the cop in me.
In fact, I marvel to this very day at a distracted and indifferent citizenry. Citizens so intellectually removed from the process for whatever reason- that they truly can be described as sheep.
Throughout the history of the United States, knowledgeable politicians knew the dangers of a central bank. Most citizens did too. President Jackson single handedly destroyed a central bank. Up until 1913, Americans were able to repel the efforts of scheming bankers. Eventually the bankers snuck through the back door and for the past 100 years, they have been waiting. Their destruction of financial markets has been so complete- you can hardly believe it even as you witness it.
Here then is the story of the 12 member Federal Reserve Board. One man and 11 patsies, unelected and accountable to nobody, stealing the wealth of every hard working American. The video is 35 minutes long. You can load it and cut off the first four minutes. (introductions) Well worth your time and not too dry... as these things tend to be.
