The media outlets that would normally shuck and jive to help Creepy Joe out are just as readily throwing him under the bus (just as the usual suspects on the right are) in regard to Afghanistan.

Why is that?

They aren't calling him out for my benefit (they never talk to me) people of my thinking knew Sniffy Joe was a sleaze ball back when he lied about his grades, lied about his degree, and plagiarized speeches word for word. But to their regular audience, I think the hammering on the Big Guy is for softening their readers up. As though to say, 'We've pounded Trump-hatred into you, you've been programmed to such an extent that you would stick with Uncle Joe if we told you to but we are no longer telling you to.' It's okay to admit and accept that Sleepy Joe, the demented career influence peddler and hair sniffer, is finally past his prime.

They are readying their audience for the next charade where Joe leaves office and Kamala pretends to be president. They've moved whatever machinery they've been shifting into place and are ready to implement the next phase of control. Perhaps it's giving DC statehood status or packing the Supreme Court with more seats. Maybe they'll create an apparatus to have gun owners deemed mentally competent--or not--by people who think the woke way. Perhaps they'll separate dissidents by vaccination status while continuing to mandate and legislate thought control regarding the evils of being white, implementing CRT in schools and work places and readying whatever hooligan force they employed last summer to foment upheaval where they encounter any form of resistance.

The media will continue to play along, applauding Chicago Mayor Lightfoot for 'courageously allowing' Lollapalooza to happen while condemning Trump rallies as super spreader events, and so on.

Come along quietly, or we'll make it look like you started it--the way they have tried to do with the staged event on Jan. 6. The same way Hitler did with Czechoslovakia. We'll keep mocking your belief in a sky daddy, your bitter clinging to bibles, guns, and other freedoms, your patriarchal attachment to two sexes. And let's not forget the tried and true method of making the currency worthless with more trillion-level porkulus spending, far from anything the founders allowed into the constitution. (So overtaxed that you need daycare? We'll tax people more to give you 'free' daycare.)

We'll have to have more variants of covid to justify more lockdowns and mail-in-balloting, to ensure that if an election were to be stolen, it would be nearly impossible to find anyone willing to stand up against it, to be pilloried and vilified by the media and the apparatchik.

I don't think I'm just suffering from tin foil poisoning. I've heard every one of these concepts floated or promised by someone on the left, and the wheels, as they say, are in motion. Will good sense and truth prevail against this obvious full-on assault on nearly every aspect of our sovereignty? I haven't even mentioned the border yet. Apparently the umbrage over kids in cages was temporary.

The opposite of freedom is government. We can still possibly get our government back in control but it's going to take something big. And just maybe they have a plan to get the folks on the right to join the folks on the left against a greater, common, uniting enemy.

An excellent overview of what's going on. As much as possible I like to think for myself, and as with this article, I see trouble ahead. Henry Ford said it best when he said, "History is bunk." And the same is true of our MSM news. Here in Canada I think our future will largely be affected by the upcoming federal election. If the Liberals win again... we're in for a fall. And perhaps even worse is this insane drive to get everyone vaccinated. Nothing speaks of darkness life government edicts.
It doesn't matter if the COTUS is a private political charter that only represents a few or a public political charter that represents the many it's an epic failure. A failure that would repeat itself over and over again if allowed to… It's over. all thats left is the crying and whining.. NOTHING LEFT TO DO BUT BRING ON THE DONKEY..
[Sylvester, supra note 55, at 67; see also Stewart Jay, The Status of the Law of Nations in Early American Law, 42 VAND. L. REV. 819, 823 (1989) (“In ascertaining principles of the law of nations, lawyers and judges of that era relied heavily on continental treatise writers, Vattel being the most often consulted by Americans. An essential part of a sound legal education consisted of reading Vattel, Grotius, Pufendorf, and Burlamaqui, among others.”).]

So let’s take a look at what Vattel and the Law of Nations has to say...
"The law of nations is the law of sovereigns. It is principally for them, and for their ministers, that it ought to be written. All mankind are indeed interested in it; and, in a free country, the study of its maxims is a proper employment for every citizen; but it would be of little consequence to impart the knowledge of it only to private individuals, who are not called to the councils of nations, and who have no influence in directing the public measures.

If the conductors of slates, if all those who are employed in public affairs, condescended to apply seriously to the study of a science which ought to be their law, and, as it were, the compass by which to steer their course, what happy effects might we not expect from a good treatise on the law of nations! We every day feel the advantages of a good body of laws in civil society: — the law of nations is, in point of importance, as much superior to the civil law, as the proceedings of nations and sovereigns are more momentous in their consequences than those of private persons...."
"...But fatal experience too plainly proves how little regard those who are at the head of affairs pay to the dictates of justice, in conjunctures where they hope to find their advantage. Satisfied with bestowing their attention on a system of politics which is often false, since often unjust, the generality of them think they have done enough when they have thoroughly studied that.

Nevertheless, we may truly apply to states a maxim which has long been acknowledged as true with respect to individuals, — that the best and safest policy is that which is founded on virtue. Cicero, as a great master in the art of government as in eloquence and philosophy, does not content himself with rejecting the vulgar maxim, that "a state cannot be happily governed without committing injustice;" he even proceeds so far as to lay down the very reverse of the proposition as an invariable truth, and maintains, that "without a strict attention to the most rigid justice, public affairs cannot be advantageously administered."

Providence occasionally bestows on the world kings and ministers whose minds are impressed with this great truth. Let us not renounce the pleasing hope that the number of those wise conductors of nations will one day be multiplied; and in the interim let us, each in his own sphere, exert our best efforts to accelerate the happy period." ~ [Emmerich de Vattel, The Law of Nations]
Article I Section 8 - Powers of Congress

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

So they took over the taxing power. Because running a country is lucrative business. Now is it for profit? They say what happens in case of impeachment and "disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States" [Article I section 3] So the Nation-State is a profit generating device. It is a business. This is why everything is and always was CORPORATE.

Article I Section 8 - Powers of Congress

~ To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

What is "necessary and proper"? Anything they want it to mean. There is no such thing as an unconstitutional law because if it got passed it had to be "necessary and proper".
Article VI - Debts, Supremacy, Oaths

~ All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

Meaning there is no disputing the debts of the United States.

~ This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

Meaning they knew they were going to be passing more laws and signing Treaties with other Nations, and all of these treaties in international law, shall be the supreme “Law of the Land”, and the Judges are upholding international law and upholding the Constitution when they do.

According to the treaties that have been signed and are extant in International Law for the past 10 centuries, you cannot sue the state. This is the current system of “voluntary” forced labor using arbitrary private monopolistic powers. However, “fighting” the system with the system or within the system, is never going to work. The U.S. and its affiliate states have copyright on all of their “law”. If you use it without a variation by agreement, you are a tort-feasor.

Claiming I was a We the People and using their COTUS to claim I was a sovereign citizen meant I was without a variation by agreement and a tort-feasor.. I learned from it. A LOT.. YOU were there back then watching me try it..
The inequality of sovereign nation builder rights between citizen granted civil privileges.. And every time anyone throughout the history of this inequality stood up and defined for the citizenry the sovereigns hired thugs shut em up… And the citizens continued to whine..

Sovereign designs Political Charter is a constitutionalist - Citizen signs on and becomes a constitutor - The constitutors agreed to take on the responsibility for the debts of the sovereign constitutionalist who keeps increasing the debt, and raising the cost of being a constitutor.. One is master the other is subject…

Eventually at some point there has to be a massive depopulation of constitutors…
It's amazing how the constitutionalists provide foreign aid to China, then they borrow money from China, to give it back to China while forcing their Constitutors to pay interest on it..---Foreign Aid Reports

You just can't make this shit up... And people love being Constitutors.. You what, I bet the Constitutionalsists love it too.. lol...
Foreign aid for the Taliban? lol...

Shoban Illiterati is a knucklehead I have known for years. He spends a lot of time needlessly beating himself up for having the same treacherous thoughts the rest of us have- sans the guilt.

I have loved him like a brother for his wit, sarcasm, and his ability to self scrutinize, an art which very few practice any longer. I once thought of buying him the book entitled, "The five people you meet in heaven."

But I thought he'd just use it like a coaster.

Brian
I picture Shoban Illiterati as someone in a uniform pretending to protect us... And the concept that he uses a coaster for his pain killer is an admission that he knows he is a pretender. Obviously even the best of the uniforms out there first and foremost fail to understand who the real enemy is and that they themselves are falling prey to that enemies cleverness. Shoban reminds me of Barney Fife..
