Rapture Ready
One of the problems I have had with buying my new house recently- was that I am fairly certain that when the rapture occurs, I won't be needing the house. Harold Camping thinks the rapture occurs tomorrow.

That's the problem with these rapture events. The rapture makes planning your life, at least financially, problematic.
I am one of those lunatics that believes that Jesus Christ was indeed my savior. Not an enlightened guy or a guy in touch with his inner child. I believe that Christ was indeed, the real deal.
That belief presents me with a couple of odd dilemmas. I think that it is a little presumptuous of me to think that I am worthy. Maybe I won't go. That would suck. Getting left behind with a bunch of atheistic moonbats. Can you imagine the horror? Secondly, does this rapture thing happen at midnight and do people on the east coast get raptured early, like according to time zones? I doubt anyone on Wall St. has much to worry about. I do have a few friends on the east coast that I probably should say goodbye to before 10 PM Mountain Time. Traveling could get hazardous tonight as well. If you are on some red eye flight and both of your pilots are Christians, you might want to brush up on your airplane flying skills. Or maybe just cancel your travel plans altogether.
Today I've been saying my good byes just on the off chance that "lift off" occurs tomorrow. Have stranger things happened? Not exactly. But if I get scooped, I just want to thank you for your support.

I find Stephen Hawkings very curious. With his handicaps he looks out at the universe and sees no future. Seems he should be in awe.
I believe in a creator, the question is, is he benevolent or indifferent.
We all will find out.
