The God of the Machine- The Sunday Collage

In about ten days time, three things are about to happen. Millions of un-informed Americans are going to march to the polls and vote for someone. Millions of informed Americans are going to march to the polls and vote for someone they think they know something about. Millions more are going to stay home for one of several reasons ranging from apathy to a loss of voting rights. I fall in the second group. I am going to go and vote straight libertarian which is an absolute waste of time- or maybe I'll just pass altogether.

The outcome of course has already been determined. Nothing will change. There will be no lobbying reform, or term limits, no tax reform, voting will not buy us ethical leadership nor a Supreme Court willing to stop the intrusions and illegal seizures of big government. In fact, voting will get us exactly what we already deplore. More of the same- insert a new face here or there. Rinse and repeat. The GOP is anxiously awaiting this year's election because they think their sociopaths are going to beat Obama's sociopaths. So it is, today's victory will be the next election cycle's loss.

We don't have a political problem in this country- we have a personal courage problem. I cannot think of a better illustration than the one I'm about to offer up. In my mind, it is the 20th century's greatest unsolved mystery.

I have always wondered how Japanese Americans could have been stripped of virtually every constitutional guarantee and freedom, their bodies seized, their homes and businesses left for ruin, and then relocated like cattle to some shitty desert locale like the Minidoka camp in Southern Idaho.

Can you imagine being arrested tonight, carted off to a camp, and jailed for a few years without any sort of due process? How did that happen? Did every citizen of this country just look the other way in 1942? What about the lawyers, what about civil rights? Where were they?

If we are guaranteed rights and freedoms given to us by God, specifically identified and itemized in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights- how was one man able to issue an executive order and remove all of those rights- systemically reducing people to cattle? It was 70 years or so ago and not exactly the dark ages. About 19 years before I landed on this rock.

I have had some furious back and forth with older Americans who rationalize and justify those actions as "reasonable" given the fact there "might be" Japanese sympathizers with ties to Japan and the national mood post Pearl Harbor was unanimously bitter and suspicious toward that class of people. I'm not sure what those potentially embedded west coast Japanese spies were going to do exactly- perhaps they had access to Colonel Sanders secret recipe.

I cannot think of a better definition of mob rule democracy. The rights of the minority were absolutely trampled by the majority. So how and why could something like that happen?

This feat compleat' was done by "executive order." An executive order is a mysterious order which cannot be found in the Constitution nor will anyone find any wording or phraseology that authorizes Presidents to remove constitutional guarantees or the rule of law- whenever they feel the urge. Executive orders do not exist anywhere in the Federalist Papers either. In fact, the framers were expressly trying to stop those very imperial edicts- edicts which abused and removed the God given freedoms and rights of our people.

FDR's very first executive order was an act that seized our gold in 1933. Did someone simply suspend the 4th amendment in the Bill of Rights? Did we not have lawyers and courtrooms back then? Did Congress go on a field trip? (They can overturn an executive order)

Who is going to stop an executive order which will violate immigration law by allowing millions of undocumented aliens into this country? Will Obama try that after the elections? A lot of people think so.

The king of the executive order- issuing more than 3500 of them and about as many as the last 11 Presidents combined- was FDR. Historians might say that Lincoln intruded on state rights and I might agree- but nobody undermined our rights and liberty worse than the Father of Statism- Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Many of FDR's edicts can be traced back to the Federal Reserve Banks' creation which plunged us into the Great Depression some 16 years later. They did the very same thing again- in 2008.

Certainly a President has the right to direct the activities of his cabinet, executive branch agencies, and the like. Nobody will argue that. But where I get a little frosty is when I see Presidents undermining existing law to satisfy their own selfish interests or destroying rights and laws designed to protect our civil liberties by issuing royal edicts. Here's a new twist from President Obama. He is exercising his "executive privilege" and obstructing the disclosure of legally obtainable documents on the Fast and Furious scandal- you know- because he is all about the "transparency."

We don't need voters. Voters do nothing other than extend the dysfunctional life of our political process and the sociopaths who make "careers" out of politics.

We need patriots. We need men and women of courage. We need people who understand that the Bill of Rights is not some negotiable instrument to be ignored or marginalized because it is politically expedient in any given moment. We need people who will stand against a mob and say, "We have a rule of law in this country and like it or not- that rule comes first and it protects us all." When we start caving in to the whims of the mob we undermine and lose our freedoms and liberty. We cannot let the mob decide who has rights and who does not or soon, none of us will have any rights at all. I submit- that day is not very far off. The Affordable Care Act has proven that to me.

The problem this country has is far simpler than just labeling everything a political quagmire and ignoring it. We've grown fat, complacent, cowardly. The solution? I'm convinced any such effort must start with campaign reform, political contributions reduced to paltry individual amounts, lobbying reforms, and most importantly- term limits. In fact term limits would go a long way to stop these enormous 100 million dollar re-election campaigns. They wouldn't occur because contributors would realize they would no longer have influence beyond the only re-election bid of any particular candidate. Our country simply cannot operate on a level playing field so long as political influence is available to the highest corporate bidder be it the health insurance lobby, big pharma lobby, or any other corporate interest seeking to monopolize the marketplace.

This week I got a kick out of my old hometown's "pizza and politics" semi annual ritual. Every two years the local newspaper holds debate night where candidates put their best face on and try to pretend that they know what they are talking about. What they are really after is ego gratification, a little power and influence, some money, and a better looking resume'. Events such as this help the "voters" pretend to be informed.

I shall leave you this week with my favorite all time quote and this blog's former subtitle. It is the very definition of politics. They do it on purpose. Thanks FDR.

“Most of the harm in the world is done by good people, and not by accident, lapse, or omission. It is the result of their deliberate actions, long persevered in, which they hold to be motivated by high ideals toward virtuous ends.”

America suffers from stage 4 apathy. The entire society is self absorbed with their own interests. The people of America have surrendered. Think about how the population has been poisoned. Chemtrails, GMO'S in the food,
water that is poisoned by industrial chemicals and fracking. Fukushima which continues to spew radiation in the pacific ocean and the atmosphere. People should be outraged as they are slowly being killed or as I like to say frog boiled slowly to their death. It really makes no difference who is in office because as you pointed out there is no courage to do the right thing. Americans deserve the government they get because they don't care and neither do the people in office. As long as I get mine then really, who gives a shit.

I totaly agree that America suffers from apathy, personal courage and now politcal correctness. I can only imagine the conversation that Hoover, JFK, Patton, Reagan, McArthur, all the vets that died along with the Fore Fathers of this country would have with Obama, Biden, Holder, Reid and the whole lot of them. Now that would be very interesting discussion about personal courage and etc. But nowadays the cycle just keeps on full circle.

You're about 200 years behind the program. Read your history because you obviously have no idea what a Constitution is, what a republic is, or what a president is. -A constitution is the obligation of a debt. Your constitutional debt began in 1783 in Paris, read it. -You ever heard of the Peoples Republic of China? A republic comes from res publica, or the public thing. Why would anyone want to be public? -"Your president will have the powers of a king" -Patrick Henry -Your president can sign an executive order into law. Your so called Bill of Rights came from the anti federalists NOT the federalists serving the King of England who dictated the Peace in Paris in 1783 not the Federalist Ben Franklin, John Jay nor John Adams.. Your so called Bill of Rights, Rights GRANTED by men in the beginning was 124 amendments against the federalist constitution. Your Bill of Rights are states rights only, several Supreme Court Rulings prove it. Are you aware that the document, The Bill of Rights has it's own preamble and contradicts the very constitutional document it was attached to by a federalist? Do yourself a favor and start tracking back International Treaties in connection with presidential executive orders. You're going to come up United Nations.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

Meaning they knew they were going to be passing more laws and signing Treaties with other Nations, and all of these treaties in international law, shall be the supreme “Law of the Land”, and the Judges are upholding international law and upholding the Constitution when they do. Make the connection.

You believe in a myth, a fairy tale. The truth of this matter is irrefutable. Yet YOU will not seek that truth, the rest of this story. Move forward, Get over this hoax. The god of this world is not the GOD of the Bible. These Kingdoms are of the Devil. When you finally SEE this, you're going to need to sit down for awhile. The proof of this is in the law libraries. I have the full list. It's never been a conspiracy. It has been a comprehension issue of this political world problem.

This is the Beast system Brian. He is right in your face yet you don't see him because you're looking for a man when the problem is a corporation, this corporation died in the past of a head wound, and now it has miraculously arisen again. You worked in it as a Centurion. I slaved in it…

Settling the matter that, the common man never created the U.S. Constitution nor was the Bill of Rights for him.

We have to research what we do not want to. We have to intellectually travel where we do not want to go. Then seeing the evidence we can make an intelligent decision fro ourselves based off of that evidence. A highly negative truth that holds a promise at trails end. I've never been so happy in my life knowing this evidence I share in brief here and there. It took me years to get through to my communist republican father. I hope you find the truth.

To any who still believe that the banksters - Rothchilds - Rockefellers Control the economy I suggest seeking what the Bible teaches us as to who is controlling politics, economies, sciences, international and nations laws which are dictated by international laws via Concordats or Modus Vivendi ; The Right wing gets the Concordat the left wing, Communists get the Modus Vivendi..

The Vatican makes concordats with rightwing governments, whether absolute monarchies or fascist dictatorships. However, it snubs equally authoritarian governments on the left. It only makes quiet working arrangements with communist countries, since their regimes compete with the Church ideologically, rather than complementing it.

This guy here was a University Professor in England for thirty years teaching evolution; Come on Brian, you're a professional investigator, you've ignored this trail for far to long.

A very simple position of no political authority explained..

Article I Section 8 - Powers of Congress- The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
So they took over the taxing power. Because running a country is lucrative business. Now is it for profit? They say what happens in case of impeachment and "disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States" [Article I section 3] So the Nation-State is a profit generating device. It is a business. This is why everything is and always was CORPORATE.
Article I Section 8 - Powers of Congress - To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

What is "necessary and proper"? Obviously as history has shown us it is anything they want it to mean. There is no such thing as an unconstitutional law because if it got passed it had to be "necessary and proper".

Article VI - Debts, Supremacy, Oaths All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

Meaning there is no disputing the debts of the United States. Especially from the legal position of being a constitutor. Do you know what a constitutor is?

Constitutor: “In the civil law, one who, by simple agreement, becomes responsible for the payment of another's debt.”[Blacks Law Dictionary 5th Edition page 282]

Each state is a constitutor and so are you citizens all under contract by various means, both federal and state, for example, you hire on as an employee somewhere, you signed a federal contract. You have a drivers license thus a contract with the state. You banking contracts are federal contracts. You've agreed to help the state pay the debts of another.

Constitution-the basic laws of a nation, state, or social group that determine the powers and duties of the government and guarantee certain rights to the people in it, Marriam-Websters-Tenth Edition.

Republic-A governmrnt in which supreme power resides in a body of CITIZENS entitled to vote and is excercised by ELECTED officers and representives RESPONSIBLE to them and governing law-same source as above

As far as the Consitutor-granted we all own the debt but it sure as hell was made a lot worse by enabling the Federal Reserve
We can sit here and go through all the apples and oranges but when it comes down to it most of these elected officals think only about themselves and their party - not for the good of the whole nation. We elect them on their merits and honestly but just simply look at this present Obama administration. Honest? Transparent? no I don't think so. which generates apathy and etc.

Sovereigns build nations, businesses. Citizens are nobodies in nowhere lands owned by sovereigns. Join the club and play for awhile. Yet the playing field between the sovereign and the citizen has alway been and always will be quite uneven. When you get closer to the top, among Sovereigns of the World, they're like Russian dolls one inside the next, this is 'suzerainty' and they grant themselves things like 'indulgences' -to rewrite histories that may have never existed. To add additional costs of operating their national business interests, like "Health Care" or some other such nonsense. Who knows?; they're all crossing each other, while double crossing you, and convincing you to fund it through usages.

Falcon said...

You lost me with Modus Vivendi-Left wing getting along with everyone and the right wing Concordat -agreement or treaty between the Holy See of the Catholic Church and a sovereign state. However the Sovereigns are not convincing ALL the people - just what I call the Sheeple. The Sovereigns Buffett,Gates,Walton,Koch still depend on what you call the nobodies to finance their club (free enterprise) and if you do not agree then do not play in their game.

Yes well the majority of people get lost when the international law aspect of the creation and current function of the COTUS is brought forth into most nationalist discussions. I'm mentioning the Law of Hammurabi, Emmerich Vattels Law of Nations, International compacts, concordats, constitutions, modus vivendi's, all in play past and present. Being "stakeholders" in this international arrangement I determined for myself long ago to ascertain how these various arrangements effect my mythological belief in said "stakeholder status, As it turns out it should be called held in contractual chattel status, obviously...

[Sylvester, supra note 55, at 67; see also Stewart Jay, The Status of the Law of Nations in Early American Law, 42 VAND. L. REV. 819, 823 (1989) (“In ascertaining principles of the law of nations, lawyers and judges of that era relied heavily on continental treatise writers, Vattel being the most often consulted by Americans. An essential part of a sound legal education consisted of reading Vattel, Grotius, Pufendorf, and Burlamaqui, among others.”).]

Brian is talking about being screwed, I'm merely pointing out when the screwing really began..

Wikipedia just e-mailed me and said I was on the threshold of over usage. It's sad but a lot of what you wrote I agree with. But, when it started or why makes no difference to me. Remember in the movie "Josey Wales" what surrendering got those boys? Except the holdout, Mr. Wales. It might surprise many folks how true that was back then, a lot of innocent folks were slaughtered back then. And so they will be again here soon. Its happening again. More incrementally refined this time but the result will be the same.

So how does Ameru, Turtle island, America go from 316 million people in 2013 to 69 million people in 2025?

Abolish that monstrosity known as the Federal Reserve, an unholy abomination which utilizes debt to enslave the people. It is the evil from which all other evil flows and nothing will change until the beast is slain. Slavery is evil and the only thing that men should enslave is their perverse desire to enslave other men. Abolish the Fed.
