We’ll hoist the massive spending cuts

Upon our soldier’s backs.

And when the rude Republicans

Refuse to acquiesce,

We’ll claim they are obstructing us,

And blame them for the mess.

And when we’ve done most everything

To sow our disarray,

We’ll watch the ratings agencies

Award a single-A.
