Odd Facts...Amidst Scandals Everywhere, Obama Never Fires Anyone

“Every sentient human being whose brain isn’t stuffed with ideological fairy dust can see that Obama is behind every major scandal of his administration from Benghazi to the I.R.S. disgrace. How can one know this? Because the culprits haven’t been fired. Moreover, if they are serial liars like Susan Rice, they’ve actually been promoted to posts where their loyalty to the criminal-in-chief can do America and its citizens even more damage, if that is possible.”

How many times must it be said? Government is simply another way of saying "organized crime". The politicians don't give a shit, never have given a shit and never will give a shit about the little people who vote them into office. All they care about is power; how to get it, how to hold it and how to expand it. They serve only themselves and their wealthy corporate masters. Everyone else can pretty much fuck and die for all they care (or is it merely some strange co-incidence that most members of congress are millionaires, some of them many times over?).

I do wish people would stop putting their faith in politicians and learn to believe in themselves a bit more. Fuck it, what's the point. Between having their heads up their asses or their eyes glued to some ishit handheld electronic device, we're pretty much screwed.

"As democracy is perfected, the office of the President represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day, the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be occupied by a downright fool and complete narcissistic moron."
- H.L. Mencken
Oxford Professor Carroll Quigley also wrote about a dictatorship of “experts,” suggesting that a cognitive elite “will replace the democratic voter in control of the political system” (Quigley 866).

Of just such a democracy of “experts,” H.G. Wells stated:

"The world’s political organization will be democratic, that is to say, the government and direction of affairs will be in immediate touch with and responsive to the general thought of the educated whole population."

Literary critic and author W. Warren Wagar comments on this statement:

"Read carefully. He did not say the world government would be elected by the people, or that it would even be responsive to the people just to those who were “educated.”

And one of my personal favorites;

"Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind (a powerful tornado); when distress and anguish cometh upon you. Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD: They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof. Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices" (Proverbs 1:24-31).
